Lotus is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity in the way we do business, especially practices relating to anti-bribery policy, anti-corruption policy and any misconduct.

Currently, Lotus has not engaged any public or former public official contradicting with relevant laws.

Lotus understands that the giving and receiving of gifts and entertainment is a normal way of developing and maintaining business relationships. However, gifts and entertainment should be reasonably modest in nature and only ever an occasional activity. Lotus emphasizes the importance of this matter and encourages all colleagues to avoid giving and receiving of the gifts and entertainment that may be construed as bribes or would cause a conflict of interest or damage the reputation of the company at all time.

Lotus does not reduce the level of competition by acting anti-competitively with our competitors or suppliers. Any behaviour that could infringe competition law or damage the reputation of the business is strictly prohibited. In addition, we work collaboratively and build great relationships with our Trading Partners in order to deliver the very best value for our customers.
